Gault&Millau's review 2026

The place is quite astonishing, with its opaque façade on one side and its café-counter feel on the other, quickly forgotten by the chef's plates, full of ideas and character. This is fine bistronomy, signed by Franck Dervin, a former Guy Savoy and inspired chef, defending colorful and well-crafted combinations, mint and coriander shrimp ravioli, coconut and Thai curry, a crispy pig's trotter galette, celery remoulade, whole-line whiting fried in anger with flat parsley mayo, roast farmhouse poultry confit with morel cream, orecchiette and fresh peas, apricot tiramisù. Lunch menu €26.
