Gourmet Restaurant A fine track record, know-how and promise: in taking over Prairial from Gaëtan Gentil, Bastian Ruga has a fine challenge ahead of him, which he has been meeting with some success over the past year. A native of Lyons, he has also worked at Têtedoie, Burgundy and Heston Blumenthal in England. Like his predecessor, the chef is trying his hand at the uncertain fashion of the hidden menu for those who like surprises, soberly named "alternative gastronomy" and based, as it should be, on local and seasonal produce. A definite talent that only needs to grow and flourish.
