Gourmet Restaurant A fine track record, know-how and promise: in taking over Prairial from Gaëtan Gentil, Bastian Ruga has a fine challenge ahead of him, which he has been meeting with some success over the past year. A native of Lyons, he has also worked at Têtedoie, Burgundy and Heston Blumenthal in England.
