Following in the footsteps of his predecessor Gaëtan Gentil, Bastian Ruga, a well-trained young chef full of ideas, is banking on visitors' confidence with hidden menus at €75 and €95. In addition to the chef's talent, there are many other assets, including the dynamic presence of a well-committed service, the quality of the products used and a cuisine that is attentive to the seasons, all of which add up to a well-deserved bill.
