Chef's Restaurant Unquestionably one of the young tables to watch in the Savoyard capital. Last year's second toque crowned a season of great sensations and regularity, which we appreciate. The menu continues to demonstrate its virtues: fine workmanship, harmony of flavors, originality in the treatment of seemingly banal products: chard capers parmesan and hazelnut, Arctic char dashi onion and sorrel broth, red mullet Chinese cabbage horseradish and red wine, poultry squash olive and lemon. A fine evening sequence at €67 for six courses, finished off with two pleasant desserts (chocolate, citrus), as well as an attractive, flexible lunch formula at €36 for three courses. A professional, relaxed welcome, and a cellar that's already a great way to discover the local vineyards.
