It’s a Pyrenean story unfolding at Chilo, at the foot of the mountains, in the most beautiful natural setting imaginable. Marina and Arnaud Chilo continue to write its chapters, following in their parents’ footsteps, and Arnaud knows everything there is to know about the loyal producers who helped build the company’s reputation through the work of his father, Pierre.
