Édouard Mireur's wines and Pierre Lamour's dishes combine to create an excellent combination of pleasure and freshness. The table-cave on rue Grignan offers a lovely terrace at the back and a few tables among the shelves, where the chef accompanies the selections from a short, well-crafted menu. In the spirit, a salad of gizzards with mushrooms, walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds, grilled fillet of bass, saffron sauce, garlic carrot and creamy polenta, beef onglet, jus court, potato gratin and baby vegetables, tarte tatin and vanilla ice cream. Good suggestions by the glass.
