Chef's Restaurant
Leave Paris for the shores of China, for a complete change of scenery, with an interior featuring golden stone columns, extensive vegetation, Buddhas and many other statuettes. Chef Vai Kuan Vong remains faithful to his authentic cuisine. The €89 tasting menu is a good example: dim sum followed by shrimp delicacies; Vong-style sea bass fillet; beef fillet, pepper-soya sauce accompanied by steamed rice with lotus leaf and, last but not least, taro cake with coconut milk. Originally from Macao, a Chinese gastronomic city, Chef Vong has always offered his Peking-style Peking duck, with its crispy skin, unrivalled in Paris.
