Gourmet Restaurant On the border between Cantal and Lozère, this institution, which opened in 1906, continues to thrive with a fifth generation taking care of the authentic walls of this stone house, where you'll find the great classics of the region, well done, such as a boudin with apples, a butcher's cut and aligot, a classic Belle-Hélène pear, well established in menus from €17 to €28.
