Far from the hypercentre where he used to work a few years ago, Rémi has tastefully converted a former tobacco bar into a chic bistro-style restaurant. One wall is lined with photos of bygone days, another with bottles of Loire Valley wines. Here, you can enjoy generous dishes prepared by a talented chef, such as a medallion of sea bream with fennel and horseradish mayo, or pressed skate with capers, a lemon sauce and new vegetables. The chef is clearly happy to share his art de vivre with his guests and friends, over a glass of savennières, which goes perfectly with a pineapple nage and coriander sorbet.
