Socca is one of the city's emblems, and Pipo defends it with savoir-faire, a smile and modernity. In this respect, he deserves his chef's hat, in this fine galette that comes out of the oven and is eaten while burning your fingers because you can't wait with a glass of rosé. There are also a number of amusing dishes on offer, such as pissaladière, spreads and pistou soup, all in the Pipo spirit of warmth and conviviality, the ideal place for sharing.
