Gourmet Restaurant Philippe Molinié is one of those professionals happy to pass on the reins to the next generation, working with his son Mathis, now full-time. With four hands, everything is going very well in this modern-day bistro, which is increasingly welcoming, with a young, well-motivated female service team, and a small terrace overlooking the street, just a stone's throw from the Gros Horloge. Ideas merge for the pleasure of all, today and yesterday, with chicken karaage and sea bream ceviche, pea risotto and guinea fowl supreme with lemon thyme. Good small wine selection, prices always tight.
