This is one of the few good, regular addresses in the city center, carefully maintained by Philippe Molinié, with his son Mathis, even if Papa is still often to be found in the kitchen. The chicken karaage sesame ginger with teriyaki sauce and the tuna mango stracciatella set the scene, while the guinea fowl supreme with polenta cream sauce and broccolini show that tradition is good, before the revisited paris-brest or the caramel beurre salé rice pudding. A well-composed cellar with approved references (Leccia, Muzard, Gaillard, Lornet en arbois...).
