It's a familiar name on the road to the Sanguinaires. People stop off at Pech to meet up with friends and share the eternal specialties of the place, mainly seafood classically prepared: a good fish soup, cuttlefish in parsley sauce, locally caught fish at €9 per 100 g and the famous lobster pasta for festive days. Meat eaters also recommend this address for its filet au poivre. Classic desserts, regional wine cellar.
