Jules and Alexandra Duguet run this lovely house a few minutes from Dieulefit, with a panoramic terrace and a few guest rooms, so you can enjoy the place for longer. Organic and intelligently sourced, produce is at the heart of the chef's cooking, which focuses on a personal expression of the terroir. For example, tomato with razor clams, Mediterranean squid, artichoke and tomato cloud with pastis, monkfish from Brittany, bisque and Japanese rice, rack of veal with marrow jus, roasted apricot and orange blossom millefeuille.
