Nicolas Pourcheresse, the Franc-Comtois Barberousse so well acclimatized to life in Lille, shares his boundless energy, proposing a culinary journey full of singularity, around quality local products worked with taste and rigor. His pâté en croûte, perfect eggs in a variety of variations or the cauliflower velouté of the moment will precede the veal sweetbreads with morel sauce or a fine vol au vent, unless you opt for the judicious selection of meats or scallops in shell, choosing the homemade garnishes on the side. The culinary adventure can continue with a trip to the chef's grocery store. From the €23 lunch menu to the €45 set menu, prices remain reasonable right up to the affordable wine selection.
