Gourmet Restaurant We're happy to play the part of the amazed tourist, as the efforts made to dress up this traditional inn with Norman rusticity are significant and noteworthy. What's more, you're not risking much with this €39.90 menu, which is sure to give you a good time. The menu is as simple as possible, with pan-fried pig's ears, 72-hour ribs, pot-au-feu and tripe. There's also a wide choice of desserts (baba, poire belle-hélène, tarte normande).
