Having previously worked as restaurateurs in Fréjus, Ky Linh Su and Philippe Boudret, surrounded by their daughters Lana and Ambre, now gracefully merge their Chinese and French cultures in Le Lavandou. A choice location on the port overlooking the boats, whether you sit on the terrace or in the dining room, to savor home-cooked gastronomy based on family recipes or purely invented by the chef. Duck lacquered with orange, fresh fish with an Asian touch of ginger, salmon tartar with spices: the balance is delicate and the result exceptionally refined. For dessert, Philippe's rose-shaped orange tart with orange supremes and a smooth orange cream will make you melt with pleasure. Here, every dish is made on site, as are the delicious ice creams, which you can enjoy facing the sea in a setting of rare beauty, with the Mediterranean as your panorama. Open for lunch only from October to May, and evenings only from June to September.
