Gourmet Restaurant Winner of the Tradition d'Aujourd'hui trophy at the latest Gault&Millau Tour, Tony Pochon persists in defending the essential, the simple pleasures of a bistro cuisine too often overused. Here, the products don't come from nowhere, and the plates are carefully prepared and generous, from entrecôte to kidneys and sweetbreads, after oysters or whelks. In addition to this generosity, there's the cheeky, unique and sincere atmosphere created by the owner, which doesn't always please pursed lips, but which has the merit of frankness and humanity.
