His savoir-faire highlights seasonal produce, which he transforms into gourmet plates that are both traditional and inventive. As the menu progresses, classics take on a new dimension, like cordon bleu revisited with finesse. Other specialties, such as bœuf gros sel, tête de veau or croustillant de Munster, are a generous celebration of the local terroir. On the cellar side, the selection features fine Alsatian vintages complemented by excellent Burgundy and Côtes-du-Rhône wines. "This restaurant is a lifelong dream. I used to come here as a child with my parents. Today, offering my customers a warm atmosphere and equally warm cuisine is what motivates me every day!" confides Kelly, driven by the desire to continue writing beautiful pages for her establishment.
