Original Restaurant Behind its innocuous brasserie look lies a ++ bistro, not afraid to venture into more noble territory. With enough technique to assert its ambitions, the table ranges from mushrooms stuffed with Burgundy snails in parsley garlic butter, to beef onglet and darphin apples in epoisses cream sauce, to Bresse chicken Georges Blanc style, with morel mushroom tails, to end on a floating island or violet ice rocher with roasted almonds and peanuts, mixed red fruits. Menus from €20 to €33.
