Jérôme Riget and his wife serve up traditional fare done right, with a touch of personality that deserves recognition and a small chef’s hat. Starting with the €24 menu, the effort is evident, featuring duck terrine with green lentils in peanut oil and Mexican-spiced pork ribs. Finish with the Tarte Tatin or the reimagined banana split.
