It's a Provencal meeting place that's hard to miss, behind that pretty Parisian façade more reminiscent of Montmartre than Forcalquier. All the local traditions are on the menu, accompanied by a pastis from a collection of over 80 references. Panisse fries, fried small fish, rosemary-roasted goat's cheese, Provençal stuffing, sea bass fillet with tapenade, pastis-smoked king prawns with aniseed rice, fromage blanc mousse with apricot and rosemary.
