Christine and Patrice's Zag, in the upper town's shopping street, is the place to be for Sanflorains for a warm and lively evening. Both a traditional regional bistro and, on certain evenings, a wine and tapas bar, it has everything to comfort pilgrims, especially with Patrice's well-modernized traditional dishes: pumpkin soup with chestnuts, ballottine of free-range chicken stuffed with chorizo and mushrooms, sweet potato purée with coconut, aligot sausage and a plate of regional cheeses, which are added to the platters and salads. Auvergne wines and beers to accompany.
