Here, Chef Frédéric Hauwaert flourishes in the kitchen, revealing his epicurean spirit and, alongside his sous-chef Hugo Vasseur, sublimating the dishes. Customers appreciate the quality and aesthetics of the dishes, as well as the warmth of the welcome (they feel right at home!). It's a state of mind that Sybil, the chef's wife, also conveys in the dining room. The bistronomic approach is illustrated by a daily menu and an à la carte menu that vary with the seasons and local produce (fruit, vegetables, caviar, cheese, truffles, etc.). The house, which works with local breweries, will also be releasing its own beer made with orange peel and a white wine aperitif. Homemade foie gras and tournedos de boeuf à la Rossini with Alena truffles are a hit. As for desserts, seasonal fruits are combined with more gourmet recipes, making the choice sometimes difficult!
