But Eddy Blayac has turned it into the best restaurant in the neighborhood, with a bright interior and a pleasant terrace in summer, where you can discover real market cuisine. You can feel the effort in the plate and the pleasant atmosphere. You'll get your fill of a revisited egg mayonnaise, a carpaccio of bass, passion fruit and fresh herbs, a return of peach, parsnips in two ways and orange-vanilla sauce, a convincing version of beef-carrot, a dessert of vanilla poached pear, shortbread and vanilla ganache.
