No fuss, just efficiency and professional dishes. Thierry Alix turns out hotel cuisine with style, based on selected products, and deserves his chef's hat, with a well-involved front-of-house team: beautiful veggie platter with seasonal vegetables, homemade bao bun with pluma, fresh herbs, sweet and sour and onion, unoriginal but tasteful chocolate dessert. Good choice of local wines at fair prices.
