Gault&Millau's review2025
A solid address with a long-standing reputation, whose fans have been patiently awaiting the reopening in April. In the typical setting of a 19th-century Provençal house overlooking the Fabrégas beach, Julia Viglietti passionately cooks up fine produce in a confident, traditional manner, while Pierre in the dining room gets the message across: the famous Daniel mussels are still there, along with truffle brouillade, wild fish, bouillabaisse and Norwegian omelette. Classics that we love to find at this level of quality, and a very smiling welcome.
