An authentic Basque bistro in the heart of the department, west of Oloron-Sainte-Marie. The restaurant's comforting simplicity underscores the sincerity of its approach, with country-style furnishings and references to the land, perfectly complementing the specialities on the menu: porcini omelette, garbure béarnaise, filet de saint-pierre and chipirons with green asparagus, échine confite à la basquaise, fruit pavlova.
