Casimir's is a warm, friendly atmosphere, with dishes to share and a knowledgeable wine list. The dishes are gourmet: Gascon ham croquettes, confit pork cheek with royal sauce, pot au feu to share or Wellington beef with Normandy meat, or a simple tartare cut with a knife, and farmhouse guinea fowl with mustard and celery mousseline, before the crêpe Suzette or the chocolate tart, a little rich. Service is prompt, the cellar well-stocked and the bill reasonable.
