Joy Astrid, representing the new Poinsot generation, and Alexis Blanchard have restored the house to its former glory. The venerable residence still sees heavy traffic under its windows, but people are once again happy to stop in. Particularly for the well-priced €39 menu, but with a very contemporary and rather seductive content: paella in an arancini version, cream of mussel with chorizo, roast octopus with lobster and vegetables à la royale or duck with lime and tangy black lemon juice, braised pak choï, strawberry and basil sabayon gratin. Extensive and interesting menu, good service and a powerful Burgundy cellar.
