Joy Astrid Poinsot and Alexis Blanchard have successfully relaunched the famous family-run restaurant in this crossroads village, where it's once again a pleasure to stop off at this institution. Their four-handed cooking is inspired by the great regional classics and beyond, while instilling a pleasant pinch of modernity: artichoke barigoule and tzatziki tart, fillet of beef with pepper cream sauce and purée, sautéed veal sweetbread with truffled morel mushrooms sauce, fondant chocolate cracker cabbage.
