This is a place for insiders, not for everyone. It's a place not to be visited by everyone, but only if you know what you're getting into, summarized on the large slate, with names of winegrowers that thrill: Sélèque, Ulysse Colin Egly Ouriet or Selosse in Champagne, Leroy, Sauzet, Comte Lafon, Dujac, Roulot, Coche-Dury and so many others in Burgundy, Chave, Beucastel, Jamet in Rhône... Everything is said, but told by Bruno, the flavor is even stronger for this great bachique moment.
