Original Restaurant A popular bistro with a friendly atmosphere, at the foot of Amboise castle. You'll appreciate the daily menu at a reasonable price of €22 (the à la carte choice is less relevant from a value-for-money point of view). The dishes are simple, but nevertheless well executed, and above all gourmet: œuf à la vigneronne, mushrooms and crispy brioche, well-made brandade de morue, melba toast and green salad, correctly executed floating island. They are accompanied by a well-constructed wine list, highlighting the Loire terroir, and in particular the bottles of Montdomaine from owners Frédéric and Louisa Plou, founders of this establishment.
