A tender and cosy place to face the sea spray with appetite in this lazarette as much vegetal as marine. Personality at every level, through a short slate of arrivals and ideas of the moment: tartare of black mullet marinated in lemon, garlic cream, burnt leek, parsley coulis, Grenoble skate wing, sabayon, hazelnut butter, spinach and thyme potato, millefeuille, vanilla caramel diplomate cream and buckwheat praline in an attractive €21.50 lunch menu.
