The name and the sign are well known and, a little out of nostalgia, but also for pleasure, we regularly return to Boris's, a brasserie that has become a classic, renowned for the quality of its meats. And on the slate, the €35 Marché menu is always a deserved success: for tuna pequillos with spicy tomato coulis, farmhouse sausage with homemade purée and meat jus, or cod in aïoli, vanilla panna cotta with red fruit coulis. And as always, Bouzigues oysters, burgers, entrecôte and prime rib.
