Gourmet Restaurant Boris's name alone evokes a part of local life, which began on rue de l'Aiguillerie some fifteen years ago, decompressing meat-eaters with a revamped and generous tradition. The idea has remained, and over the years has been transformed on the boulevard into a cheerful brasserie offering a wide range of seafood, meat and country dishes, depending on the moment and the mood: oysters, snails, mussels, terrine, onion soup, all precede the shallot onglet, entrecôte béarnaise, andouillette 5A or burger in the same friendly atmosphere. Classic desserts, a wine cellar with a regional focus.
