Gourmet Restaurant You'll immediately feel at home at Bastien's, in the familiar world of a cuisine that makes small concessions to fashion (octopus, chickpea and gambas ravioli) but knows how to stay true to a familiar, warm line through tasteful, well-crafted dishes: confit pig's knuckle with cauliflower and chorizo, ballottine of sole meunière style, roast poultry with hazelnut praline and reduced juice. Suggestions of the moment, a pleasant chocolate ganache with roasted spelt for dessert, accompanied by wines from the South of France.
