Bastien Delgado has taken over Le Petit Lauragais, where he started out in the kitchen! The restaurant on Place du Terreau is a good stopover in the town center, with its contemporary dishes. His menu mixes regional products with more fashionable ideas: goat's cheese and pine nut ravioli, creamed pumpkin, guanciale and chestnuts; fried soft-boiled egg, sweet potato and octopus in vinaigrette; monkfish ballotine with wild garlic, small spelt risotto and spinach emulsion; quail fillets stuffed with chestnut, grilled butternut and clementine condiment. Menu €39.
