The very chill atmosphere of a lively dining bar brings people together, supported by a smiling team in the tone intended for the younger generation. Experience shows that the Spanish promise of generosity is a little lacking, with freshly grilled razor clams, yellow pollack ceviche and octopus arm a little firm, lacking seasoning and vitality. Large Franco-Spanish cellar (the Vega Sicilia are there). The toque remains, for the chic and cosy light-and-shade decor, and the young, always cool and smiling service.
