Gourmet Restaurant Set in a splendid 16th-century château in the heart of the Drôme Provençale region, this luxury hotel**** boasts authentic local charm, stone walls, vaulted ceilings and a castle-like atmosphere. In addition to the comfortable rooms, you'll be delighted by the chef's regional and seasonal ideas, which are flawlessly executed. The €62 menu is absolutely right, with smoked Drôme melon with pine cones, melon and cinnamon berry jam, roasted skin juice and melon tartar with wasabi leaf, rack of farm-raised veal, mashed potatoes with Ardèche butter, fresh seaweed and veal juice with angelica, root and eggplant confit, spelt and blueberry sweet with Piedmont hazelnut praline, goat's cheese ice cream and crumble. Good service.
