Gault&Millau's review 2026

This beautiful château is home to both a magnificent 4* hotel and Michel Scheidler's restaurant, which has been open since 2017. Located opposite the Lalique museum, the restaurant pays homage to the illustrious house, offering a traditional cuisine of a high standard, making the most of local produce. On the €49 menu: goose foie gras, morello cherry chutney and toasted brioche; candied Sparsbach char, spinach, elderflower vinaigrette, apricots and almonds; candied rabbit shoulder, carrot and turnip millefeuille, fenugreek infusion sauce; apricot with Tahitian vanilla, hazelnut pastilla and yogurt ice cream with fresh almonds.
