Chef's Restaurant This beautiful, classical residence opposite the Lalique Museum is not just an annex, but a restaurant in its own right, led with great talent by chef Arnaud Barberis. And we'd like to emphasize the quality of the menu, which costs €48 in such a setting and with the service of a grand house: soft-cooked Bömlo salmon with cauliflower chantilly, grilled aveyronnais veal with mushrooms of the moment, carrot purée, apricot curry condiment, jus réduit, siphoned English rum baba, custard, rum raisins. For other great pleasures, take a look at the suggestions on the menu, including bouchée à la reine, veal sweetbread heart with crispy head, milk-fed veal tripe with parmesan tagliatelle...
