A 15th-century château on the outskirts of Chambéry, this is an address of undeniable charm, with its preserved facade, classic bourgeois style and comfort, beautiful dining room with huge fireplace and seigniorial atmosphere. On the plate, chef Pascal Colliat showcases traditionally inspired regional cuisine, such as fillet of lisette served warm with apple plume and celery apple, monkfish medallion with chorizo and fregola sarda like a risotto with baby vegetables, Bresse chicken medallion with faux ceps in trompe l'oeil, savagnin sauce... Classic desserts.
