Gourmet Restaurant It's an enchanted interlude between Dijon and Besançon, a magnificent 17th-century château in a spirit of fine preservation. The building has a rare charm, rich in history and art, hosting period salons in the Louis XIII and Louis XIV styles, a superb Louis XVI dining room, and a Chinese salon, as well as 26 rooms, all with a chatelaine atmosphere. The table respects this seigneurial spirit, defending a classic bourgeois cuisine, well prepared and celebrating noble products. Suitable cellar.
