Gault&Millau's review2026
In 2025, Antony Serra and his wife Ophélie celebrated their tenth anniversary at the helm of this charming château and its vast wooded park, licked by the course of the river Ognon. In this charming natural setting, the former pupil of William Frachot and Jocelyne Lotz-Choquart (who was one of the first chefs to win four toques in Besançon) does not hesitate to break away from regional contingencies to compose a cuisine that is both contemporary and refined, which does not shy away from redfish fillet with coffee, parsnips and lentils or hake quenelle with espuma béarnaise. Delightful setting (the Victorian-inspired glass roof overlooking the park is magnificent), attentive service.
