Sponsored Set in the heart of the Rhone Valley vineyards, Château de Fontager invites you to a unique experience, a link between its 2000 years of history and the modern gastronomic cuisine of its restaurant, Le Chant de la Source. The latter combines the elegant classicism of France with the bold natural signature of Scandinavia. Chef Nikolaj Skou Poulsen is at the helm of this adventure of flavors, having worked his way up from the finest restaurants and been advised by Francis Cardenau, Chef and President of the Bocuse d'Or in Denmark. An illustration of the graphic delights on offer is the Pithiviers of turbot wrapped in mussels and savoy cabbage, mussel sauce, caramelized cream and dill oil. The culinary strolls, many of which are vegetarian, are accompanied by wines in perfect harmony, whether local or from elsewhere. When the weather's fine, you can indulge yourself by the pool and savour the daily menus.
