Opposite Place Philippe Marcombes, right next to the town hall, this bistro with its handsome blue facade takes on the codes of Parisian style, with a beautiful wood interior, parquet floor, counter and varnished shelves. In the kitchen, chef Maxence Larivière produces classic recipes revisited to suit today's tastes, such as semi-cooked salmon, saffron lentils and combawa gel, warm oysters and champagne sabayon, trout roe and kiwi, snacked scallops, celery/miso, clam emulsion and avocado condiment, or grilled veal sweetbreads, herbaceous potato foam, full-bodied jus and yellow chanterelles.
