Gourmet Restaurant Almost a Parisian ambience for this bistro on the plateau, all parquet floors, varnished wood and indigo seating, where chef Maxence Larivière works on instinct, developing a well-constructed bistronomy. The menu is short and harmonious, with ideas in good rotation: vegetable raviole, corn foam with satay and barbecue sauce; snacked scallops, roasted vegetables, pig broth and parsleyed pig's trotters; Thai-style veal onglet tataki and roasted grenailles; apple-pear tartlet, yogurt ice cream and Sichuan pepper caramel. Menu €39.
