Gault&Millau's review2026
At 2,500 meters above sea level, at the top of the slopes, this magnificent old-fashioned chalet is the epitome of Savoyard chic: beautiful wood, good humor, Savoyard specialties and fine produce. The formula is simple and rudely effective; you'll come back for the perfect egg meurette, octopus marinated in citrus fruits, grilled avocado and halloumi, veal chop with yellow wine morel sauce, tagliatelle with truffle and pecorino, crozets with pumpkin, beaufort, pan-fried chanterelles and beaufort-yellow wine emulsion. Dessert buffet.
