Cendrillon is an atypical restaurant, far removed from the usual "chichis", and astonishing in its atmosphere as in its dishes! Its originality stems from the cosmopolitan nature of its three creators and their extensive travels: Matt and Harry, the Chefs, Danish and Australian with South American and Asian inspirations, and their partner, Omar, Palestinian-Ukrainian. Their culinary influences combine barbecues and Mexican sauces with condiments and spices from the East. And here, we dare to mix land and sea, like tuna tartare served on a marrow bone or caviar sprinkled on burgers. Offbeat recipes shared on generous plates to rock'n'roll music. Working with local producers and importers, the boys follow their inspirations to evolve the menus two or three times a week. A must-try: the flagship Frozen Mezcalita cocktail, natural wines, as well as the Caviar Bump (caviar and vodka) and the Oyster shot (oyster, Mezcalita, tomato juice and lime)...
