More than sixty years in business, and a reputation that's well established, for this house in the center of the capital, clearly marked by its red façade. The address is rather plush, and the atmosphere is just right for business meals. Enjoy fine Catalan cuisine: wagyu brioche, eggplant and miso sauce, mi-cuit with foie gras, caramelized apples and red berries, cannelloni from the cellar, a dish of tripe, legs and head with chickpeas, beef meatballs with morels and cream, chocolate coulant and hazelnut ice cream. Good selection of meats too.
