Gault&Millau's review 2026

Behind its airs of neighborhood troquet hides in reality a very fine address, a true table d'auteur in the south of the Carmes district. The place is quite retro, and doesn't let anything become of its ambitions, which are quickly revealed, both at lunchtime and in the evening. From €29 to €59, formulas range up to six courses, and showcase a contemporary idea of regional terroir, playing on textures, cooking and seasonings with invention. To go with it, a fine cellar with over 200 references.
