Chef's Restaurant A Relais & Châteaux with a long-standing reputation that's still going strong, cementing its reputation as a table au vert de luxe. Under the beams, in the veranda or on the terrace, wedding and seminar guests enjoy the calm, birdsong and comfort of a welcoming setting half an hour from Paris. The menu is straightforward and contemporary, featuring mostly noble products: lamb confit, glazed with coriander, spicy fromage frais, crab cannelloni, tomato concassé, verbena-scented cream, leek fondue with lemongrass, sautéed beef fillet, celery spaghetti, parmentière cream with Kalamata olives. Classic desserts and cellar, discovery menu at €75 for 5 courses.
