Gourmet Restaurant A small bistro of champions that, behind its airs of simplicity, reveals a cuisine that is anything but simplistic, and on the contrary, a taste well supported by know-how. Martial Blanchon has created a convincing idea of counter cuisine, designed to be enjoyed with friends and between two drinks. The dishes on the slate follow the seasons as inspired, and are always reasonably priced.
