A strong cellar and a good table, which doesn't make a fuss but offers generous plates that deliver on the promise of simple, precise titles: haddock celery and apple, pork terrine, poultry quenelle consommé crémé, veal shank confit escabèche of herbs and stock... A good lunch menu at €29, a warm setting in bistro format, elbow to elbow.
