Gourmet Restaurant A table of good virtue, performing its duties for over thirty years with the rigor of a watchmaker. The 15th-century cellar lends its noble stone to a table of fine tradition, where the pleasures of the glass mingle harmoniously with the pleasures of the plate. To accompany pernand-vergelesses, chassagne-montrachet, auxey-duresses, bonnes-mares and chambolle-musigny, a persillé de Bourgogne and light mustard cream, a filet of poultry with Berthaut epoisses and fresh pasta, a bœuf bourguignon, mushrooms, lardons and small onions, or a parfait glacé with sloe.
