A classic rendezvous in this handsome cellar setting, Burgundian bourgeois cuisine of a high standard, modernized with the seasons. The classics are well revised (persillé, bourguignon, escargots, meurette, poultry with Berthaut epoisses sauce...), while the 46 € Tradition menu brings all the chef's savoir-faire to the table: foie gras ravioli with chardonnay, trout ballottine with green cabbage and chorizo with shellfish jus, fine apple tart with salted butter caramel ice cream... Extensive wine cellar throughout Burgundy.
