Gault&Millau's review2026
Opposite his Cibo, Angelo Ferrigno offers the people of Dijon a modern-day bistro experience with a well-stocked cellar. The small plates are well-executed, and the €30 lunch menu is always original (grilled asparagus with hummus, filet mignon of Clavisy pork with glazed vegetables and reduced juice, strawberry tartar with melilot cream and buffalo milk frosting). In the evening, there's more entertainment, with a selection of nibbles.
