Chef's Restaurant Six years after setting up shop and winning their first chef's hat, Célie and Aymeric continue to move forward, delighting the people of Mâconnais with their lively, contemporary cuisine in a pretty, exposed stone setting. Adopting the comfort of some of his colleagues, the chef opts for a hidden menu at dinner, in four or seven courses. It's at lunch, then, that you can make a well-informed choice, for a €25 menu that shows off a good part of the range: asparagus hollandaise and pine nuts, snacked sea bream with chard and chartreuse emulsion, rhubarb tart with red fruit sorbet. Interesting wine list, with many fine references, and well-stocked with wines from all over the Mâconnais region.
