Chef's Restaurant Célie and Aymeric are well on their way to earning their two toques in this pleasant contemporary setting in the heart of the city. The young chef, with a rich background (Boulud, Lameloise, Mère Brazier, Gourmet de Sèze... among others), and nourished by his travels, shows a modern and technically accomplished plate. While we're still sticking to surprise menus in the evening, the lunch menu is very interesting, with real work and taste for €25: velouté de champignons escargots coulis de cresson, blanquette de congre au curry vert, minestrone de fruits frais parfait glacé mandarine. A truly attractive cellar, with a wide choice of low-priced Pouilly and Mâcon wines, and a selection of safe, modern values from most regions.
