Gourmet Restaurant With a certain discretion, but not without talent, this top-notch restaurant continues its adventure with its two protagonists, Dorothée and Albéric. After more than ten years on rue Royale, the Croix Rousse-born chef knows his clientele like the back of his hand, offering a menu-card that's always exciting for €46: pillow-style in a puff pastry, a fine duck terrine, chicken livers with trumpets of death, pan-fried codfish back, mashed potatoes with herbs, shellfish and vegetable emulsion, blackcurrant rice pudding, chestnut confit with vanilla. A wine cellar with a good knowledge of the region, all the way to Burgundy, with precise, smiling service.
