There's no other way to put it: the Carlton is truly the Riviera. The impressive palace attracts tourists, so happy to enter the picture, with its palatial brasserie, which has the elegance of simplicity thanks to the products it highlights: yellowtail crudo, Riviera salad, king crab, sole meunière, sweetbreads, baba au rhum, profiterole. No lyrical flights of fancy, just what you're looking for: beautiful service, the Croisette, blue skies, the Carlton..
